Definitions - Group terms potentially used in this document which are used interchangeably and refer to the same person/object/thing: "you" (the user, customer, visitor, client, other); "we"/"us"/"our" (the company); "site" (the website, App, application, domain, other); "products" (items, listings, other); "third party" (3rd party, independent-contractor, other)

Eligibility - All users must be of legal age to purchase from the site. - All users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Products and Availability - All products are subject to availability. - We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment - Our site's shopping cart uses PayPal's payment system, we do Not have access to your payments credentials like your PayPal login info, or credit cards info. We do ask for and require your name, shipping address, email and phone number. - Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. - If there is a pricing error, which hardly ever happens, your order will be cancelled and the price fixed. You will have the option to re-purchase the item after the price is fixed. - All applicable products are subject to taxes, duties, and any additional fees that may apply.

Order Process - When you place an order, if everything looks good your order could be processed within an hour. If there are issues with your order or information, your order will be subject to an up to 14 days processing delay or cancelled all together. - You will get from us one or more of these: an ordered received email, a message either informing you of an issue or clarifying a discrepancy with your order or items(s), an order shipped email with a tracking number and/or link, a product/website/service/ review email. - We Reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. - The order contract is not formed until we ship your order.

Shipping and Delivery - We ship items primarily through USPS, with UPS 2nd and FedEx 3rd. - Delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. - Countries/regions we do not ship to include: being assessed. - Responsibilities in case of lost or delayed shipments: Our goal is to process your order as soon as possible, once we ship your order is up to the carrier to get the item in time to you.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges - Beware: Some items have a post "not eligible for return" - or similar - and can NOT be returned. - Items eligible for returns have 30 days from the time the item was delivered to you, to be shipped back to us. - Items with a return request: ordered by mistake, don't like it, or any other reason where we're not at fault, the shipping label will have to be purchased by the customer. - Items not be eligible for returns include: personalized gifts, and any other items that for whatever reason can NOT EVEN be sold as pre-owned once made, or shipped to the customer.

User Conduct - All users must refrain from illegal activities, hacking, or submitting false information. Those in violation will be banned, blocked and/or reported

Intellectual Property - We own and/or have the rights/consent to all content on the website, including images, designs, logos, and text. - All users are prohibited from reproducing or using any content without permission.
