Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Returns
- Most items are eligible for return, but be aware of items with a "not eligible for return" - or similar post - since those can NOT be returned.
- Items eligible for returns have 30 days from the time the item was delivered to you, to be shipped (not delivered) back to us; a tracking number
that shows the item was shipped on time must be provided.
- Items with a return request reason of: ordered by mistake, don't like it, or any other reason where we're not at fault, the return shipping label will have to be purchased/paid by the customer.
- Items not eligible to be returned include: personalized gifts, and any other items that for whatever reason can NOT be re-sold once made or damaged by the customer.
Refunds
- Items/orders eligible for a refund:
- Order was cancelled and the cancellation was approved by us before the order was shipped - given to the carrier delivering the package.
- Carrier confirmed the order was shipped to the wrong address.
- Item received is damaged and was returned back to us.
Items not eligible for a refund:
- Items not returned back to us.
- Items you claimed lost but has not been confirmed by the carrier as lost.
Items not eligible for a full refund:
- Items used or damaged by you, where the item lost resale value, your refund will the equal to the resale value left on the item minus a processing fee of 20% from the original sold price.
Refund processing:
- A refund will be submitted immediately after confirming your item/order has qualified for a refund and we confirmed the amount to be refunded based on return reason and/or item's condition.
- Once a refund is submitted it could take 3 to 10 business days for the transfer to be completed.
Exchanges
- As of today, no item will be exchanged, all items must be returned, a new order may be placed. We're working on improving this in the future.
